Contribution to the Overall Research Group (10%):
- Participate in steering groups, meetings, and committees
- Contribute to logistics, audits, and lab management,

Project Coordination (30%):
- Line manage junior team members
- Guide experimental design and planning
- Oversee multiple projects and sub-projects on antigen-specific antibody discovery.
- Dissemination of research findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals and conferences
Research Projects (60%):
